Merch questions
Can I return it if the size is wrong?
No. Everything is made to order, so general returns and sizing swaps are not accepted. Read the sizing details on the product page before you buy.
What if it shows up with a print error?
That gets fixed. You have 30 days from delivery to flag a print error or quality problem and get a replacement or a refund. Send a photo of the item laid flat and well lit, along with your order number, through the shop’s contact form.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, right up until it goes to production. Your confirmation email carries an edit link. Once it hits the printer you are into the quality-issue path instead.
How can I pay?
Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Klarna and AfterPay turn up at checkout in some places.
Who am I actually buying from?
Fourthwall. They are the merchant of record and our merchandising partner, the same split Toast has with our online ordering. The art and the brand are ours.
